안녕하세요, MVL팀입니다.
엠블(MVL)이 쎄보모빌리티(CEVO Mobility)와 소형 상용 전기차 개발 및 판매를 위한 협약을 체결하였습니다.
쎄보모빌리티는 글로벌 부품 및 모듈 기업인 캠시스로부터 물적분할 한 자회사로써, 전기자동차 제조 및 판매 등 전기차 사업을 수행하기 위해 2021년 4월 설립되었습니다.
엠블은 쎄보모빌리티와의 이번 파트너십을 통해 동남아 지역의 물류 플랫폼 서비스 확대에 박차를 가하게 됩니다. 엠블은 기존 승차 공유 서비스 TADA의 운영범위를 물류 분야까지 확대하기 위해 쎄보가 생산하는 소형 상용 전기차를 활용하고 해당 차량에 블록체인 기반의 차량 관제 기술을 적용함으로써 더욱 안전하고 신속한 물류 시스템을 구축할 예정입니다. 양사는 이번 협약을 기반으로 함께 동남아 내 상용 전기차 공급 및 물류 서비스의 확장을 위한 시너지 효과를 만들어 낼 계획입니다.

MVL signed an MOU with CEVO Mobility to produce and sell micro-electric commercial vehicles.
Cevo Mobility is a subsidiary of Cammsys which conducts EV businesses such as manufacturing and selling electric vehicles.
Through the partnership, MVL will begin to expand its logistics services in Southeast Asia. To add logistics services to TADA's original ride-hailing service, MVL will utilize micro-electric vehicles manufactured by Cevo and apply MVL's blockchain-based management system to the vehicle for a swift and safer logistics system. Based on the partnership, both companies will create a synergy effect for supplying commercial electric vehicles and expanding logistics services in Southeast Asia.
